Delete your account
You can ask for your BYRT 13 account to be deleted at any time, whether or not you can still sign in.
How to ask
- Write to the club's officers at byrt13@rtn.org.np, or to Media Mitra Technologies at clubs@mymediamitra.com, from the email address you signed up with.
- Say that you want your account deleted, and give your full name.
- If you can still sign in, the same contact is on your Account page, under “Your data”.
Your request will be carried out, and confirmed to you, within one month.
What is deleted
- Your login: you will no longer be able to sign in.
- Your email address and phone number.
- Your name, which is replaced with a reference that no longer identifies you.
What is kept, and for how long
Entries in the club's accounts that involve you — a fee you paid, a reimbursement the club made you — are the club's own financial records. Removing them would falsify its accounts, so they are kept, no longer linked to your name, for as long as the club must keep its books. The privacy policy explains how long that is.
