Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Birgunj Youth Round Table 13's treasury app, which is operated by Media Mitra Technologies on the club's behalf. Using the app means accepting them.
What this is
A record-keeping tool for a club's money: membership fees, income and expenses, what the club owes its members and what they owe it, and the statements and vouchers that come out of those records.
It is not a payment service. No money moves through this app. It records payments that happened elsewhere — in cash, or through a bank. Nothing is charged to you for using it, and it takes no commission, fee or margin on anything it records.
It is not accounting, tax or legal advice. The figures it produces are only as good as what officers enter, and the club remains responsible for its own books and filings.
Your account
- Accounts are for members of the club. An officer activates a registration before it can be used.
- Keep your password to yourself. Tell an officer promptly if you think someone else has it.
- What you can see and do depends on your role. Do not try to reach data your role does not give you.
- Records naming other members are the club's internal business. Do not publish them outside the club.
The club's data is the club's
Everything the club enters stays the club's property. Media Mitra Technologies claims no ownership of it, does not use it for its own purposes, and will not use it to train anything. Officers can export the roster, transactions and fees as CSV at any time, and can ask for a full copy of the club's data or for it to be deleted.
The software itself — the app, its design and its code — stays Media Mitra Technologies's.
Availability
The app is provided as it stands, with no promised uptime. It may be unavailable during maintenance or because a service it depends on is down. Back-ups are kept, but the club should take its own periodic CSV exports of anything it cannot afford to lose — that is the reliable copy the club controls.
Limits
As far as the law allows, Media Mitra Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from figures entered incorrectly by the club's own officers. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including, where they apply, your rights as a consumer.
Ending it
You can stop using the app whenever you like and ask an officer to close your account. A club can stop using it whenever it likes and take its data with it. An account may be suspended if it is used to reach data it should not, or otherwise against these terms.
Changes
These terms may change as the app does. The date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Nepal, whose courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the law where you live.
